You remember I said my girls take art classes from a beautiful woman and artist, Magda, who lives down the street from me. (Click HERE).
We are so privileged to have her in our lives. She teaches the girls so much about art and I’m so thankful that she is willing to teach my girls.
Here is her studio, which is in the basement of her cozy house. The girls and I love going over there because her house is so full of love and art. It’s extremely calm and just has a great energy to it.
During art class, Magda always plays classical, calm instrumental music. Very relaxing and puts you in a creative mood.
Magda is having the girls use what they see in on the book to inspire their painting.

Thelma is so excited and proud of her work that she wants me to frame it for her and hang it up. Of course I will. I’m so proud of her too…she did an excellent job!
MAGDA’S MOST RECENT WORK
Magda is currently painting a piece that she will hang on the outside of her daughter’s business.
It’s a colorful painted quilt.
A true artist in every sense, Magda inspires me so much. I wish I had an art studio like her…and the time to paint more.
