Thank you for posting this. I am a long time (secret) skin picker. I have always felt so ashamed about this disgusting habit, and felt like I was the only one doing it. I googled skin picking in an effort to find some way to stop, and found your post. As soon as I read your post I felt encouraged to stop skin picking. Your full name as it will appear on the payment, your work place address to ensure delivery in your hands through regular mails or a courier service your phone number on the package to avoid package missing in transit. And if you don’t receive package at your office address then I guess your home address will be good for the delivery right ? But to avoid any delay of you receiving at home then I guess any address will be fine as long as you will be able to receive it. I don’t use formula. Benz eats table food as well as we also give him the Organic rice milk. He loves it. I figure since we try to eat healthy, mostly unprocessed and as organic or natural a food as possible and he eats what we eat, he’s getting enough nutrients…why does he need the formula?

Benz mostly just uses it for when he gets sleepy but man does it drink a ton of it! It does note on the rice milk box that you should not use the rice milk as a substitute for formula…which we don’t. It’s supplemental to the abundance of food he gets. lol Hope that helps.

Good day. I am very much interested in your rental. I read through the details on craigslist and i am highly interested in renting it.
I work with the united nations development program(UNDP) Edinburgh Scotland and i just got a transfer bringing me down to Portland Oregon in the states. I would be arriving with my wife. we just got married and have no kids yet. I do not smoke neither do i keep pets so i am sure you would not have a problem with me.
I would be in the states in 2 weeks time but would really appreciate it if you can hold the place for me till i get there.
My transfer would be for a period between 3-6 years, so i would definitely be renting for more than a year. But we can start by signing a 1 year lease. I would also prefer to pay for the whole year upfront cause i travel a lot and might not be available all the time to pay monthly. But if paying for the whole year upfront is a problem, then perhaps we can figure out a way to do a month to month payment. I would also bring all proof of employment(letter of employment and letter of transfer) with me, and show them to you on my arrival.
If the rental is still available, i would like you to take it off the market and further showing. Please let me know so that we can make further arrangements for a holding deposit to be sent to you so that you can secure it for me till i arrive.

My standard response to this is to ask when they are coming to look at the room and to note that I don’t rent to anyone I haven’t met face to face. I never hear from them again.
