Homemade Banh Cuon. Not sure how to describe this one. Kinda like a white crepe with sauteed ground beef inside.
You use a few pieces of this with some chopped up veggies (seen below), some Vietnamese bologna (for lack of a better term) and topped off with sauce & fried shallots.

Vietnamese crepes with seafood and veggies inside. So hard to explain what this is but if you’ve ever had it, it’s DA BOMB! My mom makes the best Banh Xeo!!!
