Yes, after being in Los Angeles for a month, we’re coming back home. We’ve just got off the plane and like I mentioned before, I’m ready to hop right back on and go back to LA.
-IT’S FRIGGIN’ COLD!!
Yes, LA is superficial and plastic but it’s also WARM and SUNNY! The days are around mid-70s and the nights around mid-50s. We’ve landed to 28F degree weather, snow on the ground and briskly COLD COLD COLD. That’s during the day. At night, it drops down to like 16F!! That’s enough to freeze my nose hairs. I know, those of you who live up North are like, “That’s warm!”. No, it’s not.
We still have a 2.5 hour drive ahead of us. Yay.
Our drive started around 3:30pm and as it gets darker, the temperature drops to the teens and the windshield is so dirty from frozen salt that I can hardly see. Luckily, Dick is driving.
At about 7:ooPM, we arrive home. Damn it’s cold. My buns are frozen. I am REALLY missing LA. Sniff sniff.
We have to make several trips to bring in the luggage.
I say WE but it’s actually Dick. He’s saying to me…
“Come help me.”
“I’m coming. Let me get some pics.”
“By the time you finish, I would have brought everything in by then!”
“Hehe. Yes, that’s the plan. LOL”
Who do you think is taking these pics???
Our luggage…
(Not including the 4 carry-ons).
Well, I guess it’s really back to hibernation mode but, I’m looking forward to the peace and quiet…Getting settled and back into the swing of things…
I guess so. Humph.

(never thought I would ever say that)
