We’re having BBQ for lunch at our homeschool co-op today, provided by my fellow lunch lady, Laverne. Her husband smoked this pork for over 14 hours and it was extremely moist and tasty!
We have rolls, pork, macaroni and cheese, beans and salad.
SPAGHETTI MAC AND CHEESE
Because we have a bunch of spaghetti pasta, we use that for our mac and cheese. No wasting here and it’s just as good. However, some cutting is required.
All the kids going thru the line were like, “What’s that???”.
Us lunch ladies are like, “Just shut-up and eat it. Its good.”
No, I’m just kidding! I would not say such a thing…out loud. LOL
Well, if they had any doubt, it was all dissolved after they ate it.
