Jane’s Teenage Diet & Exercise Plan. LOL

Another great find in my vintage GREEN INDEX CARD HOLDER.

Like many teenagers these days, body image was important and I was always concerned with my weight (which lead to my eventual bout with Bulimia).

Apparently, when I was a teenager, I thought this is all it would take to lose weight.

The bulk of my exercise routine is the stretching part!!

In addition, here’s what I thought my diet should be.

My my how innocent the mind is when you’re a kid.

This makes me laugh so much.

No wonder I had no success losing weight.

    Who the hell spells breakfast like that? Did you have an accent back then too?? Soda pop and carrot sticks! Yummy!
