Most people I know are CRAZY busy these days.
Hence fast food places like McDonald’s are making a killing!
However, they’re KILLING you in the process. So unhealthy!!!
Here’s my HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE to that and it’s EASY.
What I love about an EGG SANDWICH is that it’s MOBILE.
Granted, eating in the car is MESSY but sometimes, you just HAVE TO.
I make an omelet (eggs, salt, pepper, green onions).
Now slice up some tomatos, onions, or whatever else you want in your egg sandwich and then add them to your toasted pita bread.
This brand is my favorite. It’s WHOLE WHEAT and there’s no HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!
I also add some of my japanese mayonaise but you can use your own mayo.
Sprinkle some garlic salt and pepper and you’re set to GO!
