We love to eat Dim Sum but there are no restaurants that have this in our area. So, I have the next best thing. Frozen dumplings. So, I whipped up these fried vegetarian leek gyoza for our Sunday “brunch”. It’s fast, you just follow the directions on the bag, and voila! Serve with some sauce and you’re ready to go. Yum yum!
For those who haven’t had Dim Sum before, it’s a Chinese cuisine that involves a range of light dumplings and small samplers. It’s great because you get to try so many different things! Click HERE to see what Wikipedia has to say about it.
My girls are experienced chopstick users…But of course! They’re Vietnamese!
How do you like my Japanese table that I built myself! Yes, Jane can build.
Music, Love Bud, and Monk get to join us too…kinda…they get to watch. lol
