Just when you thought there was nothing left to say about mowing my yard.
This spring has brought us tons of thunderstorms.
The grass gets super tall, super fast.
I was on my mower cutting my grass the other day, knowing that there was a chance of thundershowers. That’s why I was out there mowing as fast as I could to try to beat the rain. Dark clouds start rolling in. Still, I persist…no rain drops yet.
I wasn’t even close to being done when I started to feel a few drops of rain. I’m gritting my teeth because I hate it when I start something, am on a roll, and can’t finish for some reason or another.
The part with all the white flowers is what is not cut yet as well as another section on the left side. I know, you can’t hardly tell but I can!
Anyways, for fear of being a headline:
CLICK HERE for the BEFORE/AFTER of this picture. It’s drastic!
“Woman struck by lightning while feverishly and perfectionistically trying to finish cutting the yard before storm rolls in.”
Ok, so maybe they wouldn’t use “perfectionistically” since it seems that the computer has underlined it in red, thereby telling me it doesn’t recognize it as a word or is misspelled.
What do you now but as soon as I parked my lawnmower and went inside, it started to POUR.
Always listen to your intuition.
