Hungry and lazy to make too much of a fuss over something to eat for lunch, I put together a quick Turkey wrap to eat.
INGREDIENTS
Basically, I just threw this together with stuff that happened to be in my fridge at the time.
It includes, in order from bottom to top:
A large whole wheat tortilla
Mayo
Turkey (cover the entire tortilla)
Herbs (I used cilantro and dill weed)
Sliced cucumber, onion and tomato
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Roll it up like an eggroll. Fold in the sides first, then ROLL.
I also like to toast it.
Yum!!
